The breakfast was amazing! Plus, the mattress was comfy, awesome for a restful night's sleep .

The check-in process was confusing, especially with app usage and limited reception hours that left me feeling unsupported.

Quiet hotel, affable and attentive staff, lovely location in the middle of jackson.

Had fine 3 nights here. All the staff was fairly friendly, solved my issues. I loved the spacious room and its amazing bathroom. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival. The setting of hotel was great, in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was so close to Copenhagen and the coffee shop.

There were fun bikes to borrow for exploring and a lovely space to relax with a coffee. The only downside was some old stuff left in the hallway, but that didn't ruin the great vibe at all 😊

You guys made my stay fine. The hotel was exquisite, I loved it, especially street view. I got complimentary deluxe king room as an upgrade, nice gesture. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were a fridge, an electric kettle, and an individual safe to use. The staff were fairly friendly, as I could only expect. Copenhagen Nordhavn tube station was 10 min away.

This place was perfect for our group vacation! We loved visiting the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek and the Copenhagen Opera House. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, and just a short walk to the metro made it convenient. Plus, the stylish interiors added to the overall vibe.

Check-in was a bit tricky since reception closed by 5pm, but staff were helpful. Just remember to check your email for instructions!

The location feels quite isolated. Finding your way around involves navigating through a cluttered cafe area into a confusing reception space that lacks clear signage. The rooms aren't as clean as they should be, with dust accumulation and inadequate bathroom space for personal items. Accessing the hotel after hours can be tricky, requiring a trek up multiple flights of stairs, which isn't ideal for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

the check-in process needs improvement. the room was stylish and felt like home. the beds are super comfy, and there’s a great café on site for work or relaxing. loved having easy access to the metro nearby.

Audo is a fantastic spot for lovers of design and comfort. The natural wood and stone details create a warm vibe, and the mattress was super comfy. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The location is also great, with public transport and a bakery just around the corner.

The design throughout the hotel is exquisite, with a beautiful blend of natural materials. The staff are attentive, and they were pretty good too accommodate my dietary restrictions at breakfast. I loved the waterfall shower with very nice pressure and was a highlight of my stay. The room felt cozy and well thought out. It's clear that attention to detail was paramount.
